Visa

Visa regulations depend on your nationality and country of origin. We suggest you contact your local Turkish Consulate for official instructions on the specific visa regulations and application procedures that may apply to you. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.

Letter of Invitation

An official personalized letter of invitation will be provided to registered participants as part of the registration procedure. This invitation is prepared solely for the purpose of visa applications and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support or confirmation of inclusion in the Program. Invitation letters can be provided electronically (PDF) or as a hard copy if required. Hard copies will be mailed via regular post free of charge. In case of special delivery (courier) request, the participant will be responsible for all charges.

Climate

August is warmest month of the year in Istanbul. By September, temperatures start to drop again as autumn approaches. But for now, it is hot, dry, and sunny. This is peak season for tourism, and Istanbul sees thousands of visitors in August each year.The average temperature in Istanbul in August is 24C, with highs of 28C. The average minimum temperature (usually the minimum temperature is noted during the night) in Istanbul in August is 20.0°C (68°F). If you enjoy looking at a blue sky and like sunbathing than this month is a great period to visit Istanbul. It has 330 hours of sun. September is one of the best times to visit Istanbul at the start of the autumn season with mild temperatures and modest rainfall. The average temperatures drop from the highs of summer to the comfortable range of 16.7°C (62.1°F) to 23.9°C (75°F).

The heat tapers down with each passing day as the clouds push over the Atlantic to bring moderate rainfall in September. The sunshine drops to a daily 8 hours as the daylight shrinks to 12 hours. Overall, the weather is comfortable and calm in September.

Dress Code

Participants are advised to wear business casual for all programs.

Guest Attendance Policy

All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.

Liability and Insurance

Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.

The Master Of Relationship Program Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
